The Be a Loser Challenge

Our next challenge starts the week of June 3rd, 2013.  The Be a loser challenge is one of the most popular offerings at Form & Fitness.  Become a LOSER with this 12-week program designed not only to teach you everything you need to know to eat right and exercise, but to coach and motivate you to be successful!

There are 3 options for doing the Be A Loser Challenge you can select one or mix and match the options to create a custom 12-week experience that best suits your needs, goals, and budget!
  
Option A is participation in the 12-week weight loss contest only. The cost for this option is only $25!

Option  B is participatation in our 12-week nutrition program and exercise class series.

Option C is participation in just our 12-week nutrition program.
